How to keep the family farm going in order to leave a legacy to the kids?
Why this is crucial for me/my business:
The family farm is asset rich but cash flow poor. I want the farm to glorify God and not just be squandered off. I don't desire it to be an earthly inheritance nor be a costly business expense that will never pay itself back. Some owners wish to parcel off the farm.
Options/Decisions Considered to This Point:
How can I fight to keep intact the original farm owner's desires for the farm, which was keeping the farm intact?
Relevant Bible Verses/Principles:
Hosea 10:12
Specific Question/Issue for the Tribe to Help Address/Solve:
Do I stand up for what I think the founding farm owners had envisioned for the farm? How much should I rock the boat? Or do I do nothing?
