BENEFITS OF BEING IN A TRIBE

“I didn't have a Godly board of directors I could trust to get opinions from. I didn’t know how to form one either. “

TRIBE MEETING COMPONENTS

Component 1: Prayer

Members open each session by sharing personal, business, and spiritual challenges and victories. Together, they pray for one another, creating a space of trust and support.

The Kingdom Factor Member Platform helps track answered prayers, celebrating God’s faithfulness over time.

Knowing that others are praying for your success regularly, builds community and connects us.

Component 2: Content Discussion

Each session includes a Kingdom Factor content discussion based on Psalm 78:72: "David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skillful hands he led them."

This verse guides our focus on three leadership essentials:

  • Personal leadership (David as a leader)
  • Integrity (doing the right things)
  • Skill (doing things right)

Members explore how to apply these principles in their business and personal lives.

Component 3: Crucial Conversation Presentations

Each session features one Presenting Member who shares a key challenge or opportunity in life or business. The certified Coach leads a structured process where the Tribe offers insights, asks tough questions, and explores solutions.

This collaborative exchange often delivers high-impact ideas and real business value.

We share our networks when members need business to business contacts to implement solutions. Knowing trusted business services providers helps us to resolve issues faster.

Component 4: Godly Counsel

Members give and receive biblical wisdom on key personal and business challenges. Best practices are shared, and diverse issues are explored through a faith-based lens.

You don't have to be a Biblical scholar to share what you have heard and learned from the Bible.  The tribe members will have all levels of Biblical experience. Some will only have heard the Bible read in worship while others might have studied it deeply.

Bring your experience, as it is, without concern of judgement from others.

Component 5: Imperatives or Accountability

Each member commits to one meaningful goal—personal or business—to complete before the next session. Progress is shared monthly, creating momentum, accountability, and measurable growth.

One key benefit of Tribe participation is our platform provides members an expectation to  document at least 12 major accomplishments each year as a direct result of their commitment and follow-through.
