Frequently Asked Questions About Tribes
FAQS About Peer-To-Peer Groups (Tribes)
- Who Will Be in My Tribe?- You won’t know your Tribe members until you attend—but rest assured, no direct competitors will be placed in the same group. This ensures a safe, open environment for honest sharing and maximum value. - Your Tribe may include leaders with businesses larger or smaller than yours, varying levels of experience, profit margins, and spiritual maturity. That diversity is intentional—everyone brings unique insight and value. - Each member will have agreed to the statement of faith and is committed to making a Kingdom impact through their business. - Remember: even Moses, a great leader, was strengthened by Jethro’s wisdom. Every voice matters.
- Are Meetings Virtual or In Person?- Currently, Tribes meet in person to foster deeper connection and collaboration. - Meetings are primarily in person to foster collaboration, with virtual options considered based on demand.
- What Are the Fees for Tribe Membership?- Monthly fees range from $700 to $1,100, depending on your Tribe’s location and meeting space preferences. - After your application is approved, you’ll receive a service agreement outlining your specific fee. Annual payment discounts are available. - If cost is a concern, scholarships may be available for those experiencing temporary financial strain. We prioritize your potential to contribute over your current cash flow.
- How Is This Different from My Local Bible Study?- We love that you're part of a Bible study—it’s a great foundation. A Core Score Tribe builds on that by offering:
 - Certified Coaching – A trained Coach ensures sessions are focused, productive, and supported between meetings.
- Action-Oriented Format – Each member gets one session per year to present a key challenge or opportunity.
- Accountability – Members set monthly goals and choose a consequence if they don’t follow through. Promises drive transformation.

- I Don’t Have Time—Is There a Shorter Option?- We understand time is tight. But ask yourself—can you afford not to make time? - Tribe sessions often lead to solutions that prevent costly mistakes, boost revenue, and offer strategic insights—without hiring expensive consultants. The Tribe acts as a trusted advisory group, helping you grow as a faith-based leader while protecting what matters most: your business, family, and faith. - If you're serious about building for the Kingdom, investing a few hours each month could be the most valuable time you spend.
- Who Runs My Tribe?- Each Tribe has its own Kingdom Factor Certified Coach. All of our coaches have more than 60 hours of intensive training. Coaches facilitate the meeting to encourage robust discussion and ensure Tribe member receive value from every meeting. - In addition to guiding monthly sessions, coaches provide 1-on-1 support between meetings to help members stay focused, accountable, and encouraged.
- I Have Other Priorities—Is Now the Right Time to Join?- We get it. Entrepreneurs are always juggling urgent issues. But Tribe membership is designed to help you navigate personal, spiritual, and business challenges with clarity and support. - Tribe sessions often lead to solutions that save time, reduce stress, and increase revenue—without the cost of outside consultants. If you're serious about growing your business and making a Kingdom impact, investing a few hours each month could be the breakthrough you need.
- How is a Tribe different than other business groups?- Chambers of Commerce play a vital role in strengthening local economies and supporting the broader business community, including your competitors. However, they are not built to help you grow personally, spiritually, or in alignment with your faith. We value the work of your local Chamber of Commerce, but your Tribe is designed to go deeper; focusing on your purpose, leadership, and relationship with God. - Adult Sunday School and Life Groups are wonderful spaces for connection, spiritual growth, and meaningful discussion. However, they are not typically filled with business owners and leaders who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship. Their focus isn’t on integrating personal, spiritual, and business development—and while fellow members may care deeply, employees simply don’t carry the same weight of responsibility that business owners do. In a Tribe, you’re surrounded by peers who truly understand and can offer insight from shared experience. - Business Networking Groups are excellent for generating sales leads and creating new opportunities. While they can be valuable for business growth, their focus is typically limited to professional connections and revenue—not the holistic development of your personal, spiritual, and business life. - Executive Coaching can be a powerful resource for business owners, but being part of a Tribe offers even greater impact. A full Tribe provides the collective insight of 12 experienced peers, offering broader perspective, accountability, and wisdom than a single business coach can deliver. - In addition, our nationwide network of trusted professionals gives you access to solution providers whenever you need them. - Civic Clubs play an important role in serving the community and uniting people around shared causes. While they’re excellent for networking and promoting goodwill, their purpose isn’t to strengthen your faith, personal growth, or business development. These groups often include people of all beliefs and focus more on service and visibility than on advancing Kingdom impact or providing faith-centered solutions.
