Faith-Based Guidelines for Exit Strategies
1. Discernment Before Decision

- Solution: Pray for clarity. Don’t rush. Seek wise counsel.
2. Integrity Over Attachment
“Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues with injustice.” ~ Proverbs 16:8
- Solution: If staying means compromising your values, it may be time to go.
3. Peace as a Compass
“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts.” ~ Colossians 3:15
- Solution: If peace is gone and conflict persists, consider a faithful exit.
4. Leave with Grace
“As far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” ~ Romans 12:18
